Registration Info

Online registration is now open. Registrations will be made through the  same system used for paper/music submission. Please, follow this link: https://www.softconf.com/d/ismir2013/ or click in the image below for registration. Once in the Softconf System, you should go to the “For Participants” to start your registration.

Remember that, for each paper/music piece, at least one author must be registered for the conference by August 19. If none of the authors is registered by this date, the paper/music piece will be removed from the conference proceedings and conference program.

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter, after completing your registration and payment, send a request by e-mail to ismir2013brazil@gmail.com.

Registration Fees

(NB: Post-doc are not eligible for student rates).

Regular and Student registration include:

• Your individual 2013-2014 ISMIR membership fee (i.e. USD 10)
• Attendance to all paper sessions, posters, invited speeches between 5th-8th November
• Attendance to all concerts
• Mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee breaks between 5th-8th November
• 4 meals between 5th-8th November
• 1 ticket for the conference banquet on 7th November
• 1 ticket for the welcome reception on 3rd November
• A delegate bag
• An electronic version of the conference proceedings
• Among other things…

1-day registration includes:

• Attendance to that day’s concert

• That day’s meal
• A delegate bag

Tutorial registration

• The price indicated above is for attendance to one single tutorial (either morning or afternoon) on 4th November.
• Attendance to one tutorial in the morning and one in the afternoon is possible, for twice the price indicated above.
• People attending both morning and afternoon tutorials will have the meal of 4th November included.

Proceedings

Electronic proceedings will be distributed at no extra cost to all registered participants. Printed proceedings will be provided, at the extra cost of USD 50 per book of proceedings, to participants who specifically ask for them in the registration process (think about the trees before you do). Notice the deadline for printed proceedings request. All participants who do not make this request at registration will not receive printed proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration by requesting a cancellation in writing to ismir2013brazil@gmail.com. In order to receive a refund, the request for cancellation must *be received* by ISMIR2013 Local Arrangements on or before 4 October 2013. If ISMIR2013 receives your written request for cancellation on or before 4 October 2013, you will be refunded your registration fee less the cancellation fee of $50 (USD). If your cancellation request is received on or after 5 October 2013, you will not receive a refund.
